Posted my weight on the DVDf board, jesus I cant believe it was so high. I am ashamed to admit I almost giggled when I saw it, like a naughty schoolgirl. How bizarre.

Two Columbus Eggs
Mushrooms
Fry Light
Lunch
Tesco Healthy Living Sweet Chilli Chicken and Noodles
(feel a bit "naughty" having a ready meal, but I am going to try and make up for its convenience evilness by having lots of fresh ingredients with the meal I plan to make for Dinner)
Along these lines I added some frozen sweetcorn to the meal as well, to up my veggie intake.
An apple
A can of diet coke
Dinner
Ginger, Plum and Chilli Sauce (Sharwoods - 0% fat and 0% saturated fat)
Green Pepper
Onion
Ginger
Mushrooms
Chicken Breast
Spring Onions
Less than my usual portion of basmati rice.
Overall? Not a bad day, dont feel deprived as such, keep reminding myself that if I want to eat I can, but questioning why I want to eat before I do it. Not bad, not great (havent felt really in control as yet) but I cant expect miracles straight away. Not regimentally planning every step of the food for the day is hard, but I think I need to take that particular straight jacket off.
