    Eeek! Well, it was Marketing tonight and I have to have something on my break so I had the below. Looking at that I am not sure why I HAVE to have something...I will go prepared next week, take something with me. Either way, this counts as an indulgent treat, and I enjoyed it

    I forgot to add "Skimmed Milk" in yesterdays post, so assume it was there. Looking at around 3 weakish mugs a day of coffee, no sugar.

    Two bacon medallions - grilled

    Fry Light
    Columbus egg - scrambled in microwave
    1/4 can of Baked Beans

    Lunch
    Small handful of dried pasta
    Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
    Tin of Tuna in Brine
    2 x Onions
    1/2 a green pepper
    Herbs
    Can of Diet Coke
    Apple

    Dinner
    Malayan Chicken Curry (from Cookfood.net) yes, another ready meal, but not stuffed full of e numbers and despite being fairly high in fat and saturated fats it was delicious and I'm happy it was "in balance" with my day....coo, defensive much?!
    About 75 g of Basmati Rice

    Posted my weight on the DVDf board, jesus I cant believe it was so high. I am ashamed to admit I almost giggled when I saw it, like a naughty schoolgirl. How bizarre.

    Anyway, 12st 11. En garde! ;)

    Breakfast.
    Two Columbus Eggs
    Mushrooms
    Fry Light

    Lunch
    Tesco Healthy Living Sweet Chilli Chicken and Noodles
    (feel a bit "naughty" having a ready meal, but I am going to try and make up for its convenience evilness by having lots of fresh ingredients with the meal I plan to make for Dinner)
    Along these lines I added some frozen sweetcorn to the meal as well, to up my veggie intake.
    An apple
    A can of diet coke

    Dinner
    Ginger, Plum and Chilli Sauce (Sharwoods - 0% fat and 0% saturated fat)
    Green Pepper
    Onion
    Ginger
    Mushrooms
    Chicken Breast
    Spring Onions
    Less than my usual portion of basmati rice.

    Overall? Not a bad day, dont feel deprived as such, keep reminding myself that if I want to eat I can, but questioning why I want to eat before I do it. Not bad, not great (havent felt really in control as yet) but I cant expect miracles straight away. Not regimentally planning every step of the food for the day is hard, but I think I need to take that particular straight jacket off.

    Roll on tomorrow.
